For a position of any importance, one must be important, worthy. Ranks will be earned, not simply given.
All pack members must pull their fair share save the injured, elderly, or pups. You do your job. There is no slacking off.
No one member shall hurt another without just cause. Anyone caught will be punished.
Respect should be given to all, regardless of rank. Though, the lower ranks can be treated with slightly less respect.
If any dispute arrises it should be taken to the Alpha(s) who will settle it. Their judgement is not to be questioned.
Any member of the pack may have a mate, though it will talked about before breeding season who will be allowed to have pups. But don't fret, it will be rare, if ever, that you will be denied. (We just can't have a horde of puppies running us over.)
All able pack members will protect the territory, no exceptions.
In reference to accepting dogs into the pack: Dogs must be met by either an alpha or beta. No exceptions. Only the best are excepted to a delta position, all others will join as omegas.
